Details we receive

Why we use them

Where applicable, this processing supports steps you request before a possible purchase and our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Access and international handling

Authorized staff can view inquiries in a restricted dashboard. Website hosting and email service providers process information needed to operate the site and reply. Our company is in China, so information from other countries may be accessed in China and processed by providers in other locations. We do not sell inquiry details.

How long we keep inquiries

We keep an inquiry while it is needed to answer your request and manage an ongoing business relationship. We review older records and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless an applicable legal duty or claim requires longer retention. We do not set an unlimited retention period.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or raise another privacy request, using the inquiry form on our Company page. We will assess requests under applicable law. Where available, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Customer feedback

We publish customer feedback and supplied images after confirming permission to display them. The public review may include an agreed display name, country, product and feedback text. We can display reviews anonymously. Private contact and order information should be removed from screenshots before publication. Draft reviews and their images are restricted to the website administrator. To request correction or removal of your feedback, use the inquiry form on our Company page.

Google Analytics, Google Ads and your cookie choice

We load Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads only after you allow measurement. Google may receive device and browsing information, a sanitised page address, referring website and advertising or campaign identifiers. An enquiry event is sent only after our server confirms a successful save. We do not send your name, email, telephone number or enquiry message to these services. An opaque enquiry identifier is used for Google Ads deduplication; GA4 receives a generate_lead event. This event records a saved enquiry, not a verified buyer, order or sale. We do not enable enhanced conversions, Google Signals or personalised-ad signals in this integration. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days, and session storage prevents repeated enquiry events. Use Cookie choices to change your choice. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent enquiries; withdrawing consent stops subsequent enquiry events but cannot undo events already sent. The updated measurement purposes require a new choice even if you previously allowed advertising measurement.
