The Maple Two-Way Sliding Pilates Reformer introduces a dual-direction carriage system that expands the Reformer exercise repertoire. The carriage glides both forward and backward on precision rails, enabling reverse-direction exercises that challenge different muscle patterns.
Traditional Reformers only glide in one direction. The two-way system adds exercises like reverse long stretch, reverse knee stretch, and bilateral coordination work that are impossible on standard models. This is particularly valuable for rehabilitation protocols that require varied movement directions.
The elevated frame (1990mm) also accommodates a half tower attachment point, making this our most exercise-diverse Reformer model. Maple construction and 8-spring resistance ensure professional-grade quality.
