Can I order just one unit?
Yes. Orders from 1 unit are welcome, whether you are buying for home, a studio or resale. Tell us your chosen model and delivery destination.
Can I request a quote for a complete studio?
Yes. Share your space dimensions, class size, preferred equipment and delivery country. We can discuss a suitable mix and quotation.
Do you offer customization?
Tell us your preferred upholstery, finish, logo and packaging. Available options depend on the model and order requirements, and can be confirmed in your quote.
What information helps you quote accurately?
Your country, chosen model or project type, quantity, preferred finish and target delivery date are a helpful start.
Can you get a shipping quote?
Share your delivery country, postal code, model and quantity so we can confirm available shipping options and delivery costs in your quotation.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single unit, a mixed selection, or a full container — the same configuration and QC process applies to every order.
How do payments work when I order directly?
Direct orders are paid by bank transfer (TT): a 30% deposit to start your order, and the balance after you have checked the pre-shipment QC video, before dispatch. You receive a proforma invoice with the full bank details before any payment is due.
Can I order directly, without a platform?
Yes — you can order directly from us, with no platform in between: one conversation from inquiry to delivery, a proforma invoice before payment, and a QC video of your order before dispatch.
Can you deliver to my door, including customs?
Tell us your destination and postal code. We will confirm shipping options, customs responsibilities and available documentation in your quotation.
What happens if there is a quality problem or transit damage?
Quality problems get free replacement parts. Transit damage is covered only by the transport insurance arranged at shipping. Please contact us promptly with photos and your order details.
