Fourteen standard Chinese-made springs: 6 reformer springs and 8 Tower springs. Reformer: 2 red (28 kg), 2 green (12 kg), 2 yellow (9 kg). Tower: 2 short green (12 kg), 2 short yellow (9 kg), 2 long green (14 kg), 2 long yellow (10 kg). Seven-position stainless-steel footbar. Includes sitting box, jumpboard, mat conversion board, wooden roll-down bar, U-shaped push-through bar with quick-release pins, D-handles, single loops, safety strap and foot strap.
