What to compare before choosing a wooden reformer

Do not choose solely from the wood name or assume one material makes a model suitable for every user. Compare the finish with your room, then review the equipment with the person who will use or teach on it.

Buying for a home, studio or resale

Home buyers: measure doorways, stairs and tight turns as well as the exercise area. Ask for the setup instructions and recommended operating space. Do not assume that a wooden model folds or can be stored upright; confirm this for the exact model.

Studio buyers: involve your instructors in the configuration decision. For a multi-unit order, agree the same accessories and adjustments across the machines where consistency matters. Ask how routine maintenance and replacement components will be handled.

Wholesalers and retailers: start with the models and configurations your customers need. Ask about sample orders, mixed-model orders, current specification sheets and product media available for your use. Agree model identification and spare-part ordering before building a retail range.

Order quantity, inspection and warranty

Atuspilates is the Pilates equipment supply business of Shijiazhuang Atus Trade Co., Ltd. There is no minimum order quantity. Single-unit, sample and mixed-model orders are welcome; sample configuration and costs are agreed in the quotation.

For direct orders, a 30% bank-transfer deposit confirms the order. Before the balance payment and dispatch, we provide a quality-check video of your actual goods for review. Match the model, finish and agreed accessories against the written order.

Our warranty is 3 years on the frame and 1 year on other components. Request the written terms, including coverage, exclusions, claim evidence and responsibility for replacement-part shipping. Keep the order documents and packing photographs for reference.

Confirm delivery to your address

DDP is available to most countries, including export and import customs clearance, import duties and delivery to your door. Availability for your destination and the delivery scope are confirmed in your quotation. EXW, FOB, CNF and FCA arrangements are also accepted.

Provide your country and delivery postcode. Mention stairs, a lift, restricted vehicle access or unloading requirements. Confirm whether indoor placement or assembly is included; door-to-door delivery alone does not establish that scope. Timing is confirmed for the individual order.
